Whether you prefer traditional, editorial or a lifestyle look for your images, we can handle that in our studio or step right outside our studio onto the sidewalks and alleys of Downtown Willoughby. Photo sessions are about a half hour, so feel free to bring a second outfit for a different look.

Immediately after your session, we'll review all the images together. From there you'll have the opportunity to hand pick which image(s) you'd like to order.

Once we have your chosen photo(s), we'll fully retouch the digital file(s) and either email or send a link to download.

Digital files are fully retouched, full resolution and copyright free, giving you an all access pass to use them however you like!

Corporate and Volume Headshot Photo Investment...

Multiple headshots, team photos and candids at your place!

If you're looking to do updated headshots for your entire team, all at once, we can come to you.

We'll bring lighting, backdrops and all our gear. Optionally, we can handle departmental team photos and candids of processes and machinery.

We're also available for conferences, networking events or anywhere bulk headshots would or could be offered as a unique incentive.

Corporate Team Headshot Photo Pricing (5-30 people)

Session + ONE digital file each (minimum of 5 people)

$70 per person

Price includes:

I bring my studio to you.
Priced per person (minimum of 5).
Standard retouching.
Full copyright release and full resolution digital files.
Download the files from a private online gallery.
The files are renamed by first and last name, or any other format you request.
Travel included up to 60 miles of Willoughby, OH (Outside of range is possible with travel fees).

Volume Headshot Photo Pricing (30-100 people)

Half Day: 4 consecutive hours serving 30-70 people.

Flat fee for a 4 hour block of time.
Online appointment calendar so people can lock in their preferred timeslot.
One digital file per person.
Standard retouching.
The files are renamed by first and last name, or any other format you request.
Download the files from a private online gallery.
Full resolution digital files with copyright release.
Travel included up to 60 miles of Willoughby, OH (Outside of range is possible with travel fees).

Full Day: 8 consecutive hours serving 50-100 people.

Depending on how many people we'll be photographing, I will either send you a link for your employees to schedule their preferred time, or we'll simply collaborate with a list of people and check them off as we go.

I will bring my studio to you!

I simply need a space minimum 15'x15' with access to power. I'll photograph each individual as they arrive. To save time, they will choose their favorite image immediately after we take them.

The retouching and delivery

Once back to the studio, I will retouch each chosen image, rename the file with the employee name, then upload them to a gallery which you can then download in bulk. Alternatively, I can also send each individual a link to download their own image.

How quickly can I book my photo shoot?

We can schedule an in-studio headshot as quickly as the next day or sometimes even same day if our work load permits it. Take a look at our availability online by clicking here. Or contact us if none of the online dates and times work for your schedule, or if a rush is required.

What should I wear for my headshot session?

That's entirely up to you! We recommend wearing something that you know looks good on you and geared towards the look you are going for. We do not suggest anything with a bold pattern as that will be distracting. Bring a few outfits. We'll try each and you can pick and choose your favorite(s).

My employer has certain requirements for the image, can you meet those requirements?

Yes! We can match lighting, angles and posing to meet requirements set by your employer. Please email us those requirements to info@pulsartmedia.com prior to your session so we can pre-set our equipment, background and lighting to match.

What is the turnaround time to receive my digital file(s)?

Most professionals get headshots for a specific reason, and therefore are in a rush to get them back. Because of this, we typically have the digital file(s) to you within an hour or two after your session, but if you are not in a hurry, we'll get them to you no later than the next day. Of course, corporate team shots and volume shoots take longer.
